Every burger starts with 100% fresh, never-frozen Certified Angus Beef — the top 2% of all beef in the U.S. — grilled to order and topped just how you like it. From hand-cut veggies to house-made sauces, everything we do is about quality, flavor, and creating your perfect bite every time.

A Passion for Great Food, Built from the Ground Up
Relish was founded in Gainesville, Florida, in 2009 by restaurateur Rob Roche — a hands-on entrepreneur with a taste for innovation. After successfully opening Florida’s first Pita Pit and transforming the space next door into a smoothie and beer bar, Rob realized there was room for a better burger experience — one that was fresh, fun, and completely customizable.
What started as a local favorite quickly grew into multiple Gainesville locations and, today, into a growing family of Relish restaurants serving customers across Florida and Georgia. Our mission stays the same: serve incredible food, keep it simple, and always make it personal.
